Used only on router table

These corner jigs are well made out of aluminum. I did not realize that they cannot be used with a handheld trim router or regular hand guided router. Placing them on the corner of your board, you need to guide them around your straight router bit mounted to the router of your table. They are small and held in place by your fingers…which are dangerously close to the bit—placing downward pressure on them to keep in place plus moving the board corner you are rounding takes lots of concentration and caution. I will be sticking with the Kreg Corner Rounding system which allows for a clamp and use of a handheld router…safer in my opinion.

The metal ones were the way to go.

I've tried any number of ways to do corners and could rarely get even two corners to truly match. Discovering these made it so easy. Also glad I paid a little more and got the metal ones.
