The Lengthening variant features an extended male thread on one or more ports, providing additional thread engagement depth. This is useful when connecting to recessed female ports, deep-threaded valves, or when extra thread length is needed for a more secure seal. If your female port is deeper than standard, the lengthening model is generally the better choice.

These brass tee fittings are compatible with any pipe material that uses 1/2" BSP threaded connections, including copper, galvanized steel, and certain PVC systems with BSP-threaded adapters. Always verify the thread standard of your pipe system before installation.
