Measure the center-to-center distance between your two pulleys, then use the formula: Circumference ≈ 2 × center distance + (π × pulley pitch diameter). For example, pulleys 100mm apart with a 30mm pitch diameter each would need roughly 294mm circumference. When in doubt, size up — a slightly longer belt can be tensioned; one that's too short won't fit. All sizes are listed in mm; divide by 25.4 to convert to inches (e.g., 300mm ÷ 25.4 ≈ 11.8").

This is a T5 pitch belt with a 5mm tooth pitch and trapezoidal tooth profile. It is compatible with T5 pulleys and T5 sprockets only. Do not mix with GT2, HTD-3M, HTD-5M, or other pitch standards — tooth profiles are not interchangeable and will cause skipping or premature wear.

T5 rubber timing belts are generally rated for light-to-medium duty applications. Typical allowable working tension is in the range of 50–200 N depending on belt width and operating speed.
