We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Note: Refunds will be subject to a 5% product packaging fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the buyer placed an order by mistake or the buyer needs to return the product for his own reasons, the buyer needs to bear the courier fee for the product re. If the product is defective, it will be returned and exchanged free of charge.
