Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Trace the Circle

Place the hole saw on the wood and trace its outer edge with a pencil.

Step 2: Set the Screws

Drive 3 screws into the wood just inside the pencil line to act as a guide.

Step 3: Drill Through

Fit the saw over the screws and drill straight through the wood until the cut is complete.
