Measure your motor or axle shaft diameter with a caliper. Select the bore option that matches your shaft exactly — available sizes range from 5mm to 16mm. The M5 set screw locks the sprocket onto the shaft, so a snug fit is important for concentricity and torque transfer.

These sprockets use an M5 set-screw locking mechanism and do not include a keyway slot. If your shaft requires a keyed connection, you would need to have a keyway machined into the bore by a local machine shop, or select a sprocket that comes pre-machined with a keyway.
Both 04C and 25H chains share a 6.35mm pitch, but they differ in roller diameter and inner link width. 04C follows the ISO/DIN metric standard while 25H follows the ANSI standard. These sprockets are designed for 04C chain — using them with 25H chain may result in poor engagement and accelerated wear. Always match sprocket and chain standards.
