🔄 Dual Bevel System – 0°-45° Left & Right
Elevate your cutting precision with a dual-bevel cutting system that delivers up to 45° adjustable bevel angles in both left and right orientations. No need to flip your workpiece when cutting crown molding or complex compound miters – just tilt the head and cut. Saves time and eliminates alignment errors.
📐 Extended Miter Range – -45° to 0° to +45°
The integrated miter bench expands your creative range even further, offering a flexible angle range of -45° to 0° to +45°. Tackle everything from simple straight cuts to complex compound miters for picture frames, baseboards, and custom furniture.
⚡ 2-Speed Modes – 3,200 RPM & 5,000 RPM
Two customizable speed modes put precise cutting control at your fingertips. The slower 3,200 RPM setting delivers steady, splinter-free cuts for delicate hardwoods, fine trim, and PVC. The high-torque 5,000 RPM mode powers through soft metals (aluminum, copper) and thick lumber with unmatched efficiency.
💡 Precision LED Shadow Line – Perfect Alignment Every Time
Our precision LED shadow line projects a sharp, high-contrast reference onto your workpiece, clearly outlining the exact cutting path before you even start the blade. This LED shadow line delivers consistent visibility across every surface – no more chalk lines or test cuts. See exactly where the kerf will land.
📏 Massive Cutting Capacity – 3.5" x 13"
Boasts an impressive maximum cutting capacity of 3.5 inches tall by 13 inches wide. Effortlessly tackle a wide range of materials and workpiece sizes – from 4x4 posts to wide baseboards, crown molding, and dimensional lumber. The sliding rail system extends your crosscut capacity dramatically.
🔄 Extension Table Included – Support for Large Workpieces
Comes with an integrated extension table that provides additional material support for long boards, wide trim, and oversized workpieces. Reduces the need for extra roller stands and improves stability on long cuts.
🔪 10-Inch 48T Premium Blade & Dust Collection
Includes a 10-inch 48-tooth carbide-tipped blade – optimized for clean, accurate cuts across solid wood, PVC, and aluminum extrusions. The durable dust collection bag captures wood shavings, plastic debris, and metal filings, keeping your workspace neat and safe.
💪 15Amp High-Torque Motor – Professional Power
The 15-amp motor delivers consistent power under load, preventing bogging down on thick hardwoods and dense materials. Built for daily professional use and demanding home workshop projects.
🔧 48T blade, dust bag, and extension table included. LED requires battery (included) or power from saw. Always use appropriate personal protective equipment.
🔄 What's the advantage of dual bevel over single bevel?
With a single bevel saw, you can only tilt the blade in one direction (usually left). For cuts requiring the opposite angle (like crown molding on the right side of a room), you have to flip your workpiece or reposition the saw. Dual bevel tilts left AND right – so you always cut with the bevel angle that keeps the material in its natural position. This saves time and reduces errors on crown, baseboard, and picture frame jobs.
💡 How accurate is the LED shadow line compared to a laser?
LED shadow line is actually more accurate than traditional lasers because it shows the exact kerf (blade thickness) shadow, not just a line offset from the blade. The shadow perfectly represents where the blade teeth will hit. Lasers can drift out of calibration over time; the shadow line is always perfectly aligned with the blade since it's cast from the blade itself.
⚡ When should I use 3,200 RPM vs. 5,000 RPM?
Use 3,200 RPM for delicate materials like hardwood trim, PVC, plastic, and softwoods where you want splinter-free edges. The slower speed reduces heat buildup and melting on plastics. Use 5,000 RPM for thick lumber, pressure-treated wood, and soft metals like aluminum and copper. The higher speed maximizes cutting speed on dense materials without bogging down.
📏 What's the actual cutting capacity with the extension table?
At 90° (straight crosscut), you get 3.5 inches vertical height and 13 inches horizontal width. The extension table adds material support for workpieces longer than 3 feet, but doesn't change the cut capacity. With the sliding feature, you can crosscut boards up to 13 inches wide in one pass – that's enough for a 2x12 or a wide baseboard. At 45° miter, capacity reduces slightly but still handles most trim profiles.
🔪 Is the included 48T blade good for both framing and finish work?
The 48-tooth blade is an excellent all-around blade. It provides clean, smooth cuts for finish work (trim, molding, furniture) while still cutting framing lumber efficiently. For heavy framing all day, you might eventually want a 24T blade for faster cuts, but the included 48T handles 90% of typical shop tasks. For ultra-fine finish cuts (veneer plywood), consider upgrading to a 60T or 80T blade.
🏗️ Is this saw powerful enough for professional daily use?
Yes – the 15-amp motor is the standard for professional-grade 10-inch miter saws. It delivers consistent power under load and won't bog down on hardwoods or thick lumber. The steel construction and dual ball-bearing sliding system are built for job site durability. Many trim carpenters and cabinet installers use this class of saw daily.
🧹 Does the dust bag capture most of the sawdust?
The included dust bag captures approximately 60-70% of sawdust – enough to keep your workspace noticeably cleaner than no collection. For near-complete dust capture (especially for indoor work), attach a shop vac or dust extractor to the included dust port (standard 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" fitting). The bag is great for quick jobs and outdoor use.
