Match the tooth count to your required RPM and torque output, and ensure the resulting belt length is available in HTD 8M pitch.
Measure your motor or shaft diameter precisely with calipers. Select the bore that matches your shaft — the bore must not be larger than the shaft OD. If your shaft is metric (e.g., 10 mm, 12 mm) or imperial (e.g., 12.7 mm / 0.5 in), choose the corresponding bore option from the variant selector. Keyway size scales with bore diameter following standard DIN 6885 conventions: 8 mm bore uses a 3×1.4 mm keyway; 10–12 mm bores use 3×1.4 mm or 4×1.8 mm; 14–17 mm bores use 5×2.3 mm; 19–22 mm bores use 6×2.8 mm; 24–30 mm bores use 8×3.3 mm. Yes — this pulley is designed for standard HTD 8M timing belts (8 mm pitch, HTD tooth profile). It is not compatible with T8, GT2, or other pitch profiles. Confirm your belt is labelled "8M" or "HTD 8M" before ordering. Belt width should be 21 mm or narrower to run within the pulley flanges.
