Materials List
- Heavy-Duty Long Bolt (Handle)
- Socket Head Cap Screws (Pins)
- Hex Nuts (x2 sets)
- Power Drill
- Angle Grinder
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Mark the Pin Alignment
Measure the distance between the two holes on the grinder flange nut with a ruler, then transfer that precise measurement onto the large bolt for marking.
Step 2: Drill the Mounting Holes
Secure the bolt in a vise and drill two straight-through holes at the marked positions with a power drill.
Step 3: Secure the Drive Pins
Insert the socket head screws into the holes and lock them tight with hex nuts on the opposite side to prevent wobbling.
Step 4: Trim and Leverage Test
Trim the handle to your preferred comfortable length. The extra leverage helps you quickly remove stuck or rusted cutting discs with minimal effort.
How to Use
Insert the heads of the socket screws into the holes on the flange nut. Grip the long handle and apply steady pressure. The massive increase in leverage allows you to break seized discs loose instantly without damaging the machine.
