The chain is fine...but I ordered the wrong size. Nine links of the chain I ordered equals six of the size I wanted. My error...
How can I straighten out the springs? I can't use them coil uo as is.

When a motor shaft runs hot, a pump seal fails early, or a conveyor roller wears out faster than expected, the culprit is often a bearing that wasn't built for the operating environment. Engineers, maintenance technicians, and serious DIYers who work with rotating machinery need a bearing that holds its grease, resists heat, and stays dimensionally stable under load. These 2RZ deep groove ball bearings are selected for exactly those conditions.
Available in both the 6000 series and 6200 series, these bearings feature a steel inner ring, outer ring, and ball complement with a low-friction rubber-contact seal (2RZ designation) on both sides. Inner diameters range from 10 mm (0.39 in) to 40 mm (1.57 in), with outer diameters from 26 mm (1.02 in) to 80 mm (3.15 in) and widths from 8 mm (0.31 in) to 18 mm (0.71 in) depending on the selected variant. Grease is factory-filled and retained by the 2RZ seals for the service life of the bearing.
Typical use cases include electric motor front and rear shaft support, small centrifugal pump impeller shafts, skateboard and inline skate wheel axles, 3D printer carriage and extruder assemblies, and light industrial conveyor rollers — anywhere a compact, sealed radial bearing is needed in a space-constrained or thermally demanding environment.
Both-side rubber seals make direct contact with the inner ring, blocking contaminants and retaining factory grease without the drag penalty of a full-contact lip seal.
Designed to operate continuously at elevated temperatures typically up to 120 °C (248 °F), making them suitable for motor housings and heated process equipment.
Covers 6000 and 6200 series from 10 mm to 40 mm bore, letting you source multiple shaft sizes from a single listing without switching suppliers.
Dimensions conform to ISO 15 deep groove ball bearing standards, so these fit directly into existing housings designed for 6000 or 6200 series bearings.
Pre-lubricated at the factory and sealed on both sides — no re-greasing required for standard service intervals, reducing maintenance downtime.
Order 1, 2, 3, 5, or 10 pieces per variant to match project needs, from a single replacement bearing to a full maintenance stock.

The 6200 series has a larger outer diameter and wider width than the 6000 series for the same bore size, which gives it a higher radial load rating. Choose the 6200 series when your housing accepts the larger OD and you need more load capacity. Choose the 6000 series when space is tight and the load is moderate. Check the variant dimensions (bore × OD × width) against your housing drawing before ordering.
2RZ indicates a rubber-contact seal on both sides of the bearing. The seal lip makes light contact with the inner ring, providing effective exclusion of dust and moisture while retaining grease. It produces slightly less friction than a full-contact RS seal, making it a good choice for moderate-speed applications where contamination protection is needed.
These bearings are rated for continuous operation typically up to 120 °C (248 °F). The rubber seals and grease formulation are selected for this range. If your application exceeds this temperature, consider open or metal-shielded (ZZ) bearings with a high-temperature grease specified separately.
The 2RZ rubber seals provide meaningful protection against splash and light moisture exposure. For continuous immersion or high-pressure washdown, a stainless steel bearing or a bearing with a dedicated waterproof seal would be more appropriate. For typical outdoor or lightly humid environments, the 2RZ seal is adequate.
No additional lubrication is needed before installation. The bearings are factory-greased and sealed on both sides. Adding grease to a sealed bearing can actually increase internal pressure and cause premature seal failure. Install them as received and replace when the bearing reaches end of service life.
Measure the shaft diameter (bore), the housing bore (outer diameter), and the available axial space (width) using a caliper. Match these three dimensions to the variant listed as bore × OD × width in millimeters. For example, 6204-2RZ is listed as 20×47×14, meaning 20 mm bore, 47 mm OD, 14 mm wide. If you are unsure, contact us with your measurements and we can confirm the correct variant.
Both designations indicate rubber seals on both sides. 2RS (or RS) typically refers to a full-contact lip seal that presses firmly against the inner ring, offering slightly better sealing but higher friction and heat generation at speed. 2RZ uses a lighter-contact or near-contact seal that reduces drag, making it preferable for higher-speed applications where a small amount of additional contamination risk is acceptable.
