Choose 50T if you need a higher output speed relative to your motor RPM, or when space constraints require a smaller pulley diameter (≈79.6 mm pitch diameter). Choose 60T when you need more torque multiplication or a larger pitch diameter (≈95.5 mm) to reduce belt wrap angle on long center-distance drives. Both use the same 5 mm HTD pitch and are compatible with standard HTD 5M belts.
Measure your motor or drive shaft diameter with a caliper and select the matching bore size from the variant options (10 mm through 30 mm). The AF-type through-bore is secured with a set-screw, so the bore should match the shaft diameter closely — avoid selecting a bore larger than your shaft, as the set-screw alone cannot compensate for significant clearance.

No. This pulley is designed specifically for the HTD 5M tooth profile. GT2 (2 mm pitch) and T5 (5 mm trapezoidal pitch) belts have different tooth geometries and will not mesh correctly with HTD 5M pulleys. Always match the pulley tooth profile and pitch to your belt specification.
