Pozidriv has additional smaller cross-recesses at 45° angles and a blunter tip than Phillips. A Phillips driver will fit loosely and will cam-out or damage the recess. For M5, M6, and M8 button head screws, use a PZ2 Pozidriv driver bit. The correct bit gives you significantly better torque without slipping.
Yes — fully threaded from just under the head to the tip. Length is measured from the underside of the button head (the flat bearing surface) to the tip, not including the head itself. For example, an M6×20mm screw has exactly 20 mm of threaded shank below the head.

A2 stainless is generally non-magnetic in its annealed state. However, cold-forming processes like thread rolling can induce slight magnetism. A light magnetic response is normal and does not affect corrosion resistance or performance.
Technically a Phillips driver will engage, but it will cam-out easily and can damage the Pozi recess — especially at higher torque. We strongly recommend using a PZ2 Pozidriv bit for reliable installation and to avoid stripping the head.
