🔩 M6 Titanium Flange Torx Screws – T30 Drive, Grade 10.9, Lightweight & Corrosion‑Proof (15–30mm Lengths)
You’re building a high‑performance bicycle, upgrading motorcycle bodywork, or installing marine hardware – and you need a fastener that’s strong, light, and won’t corrode. These M6 titanium flange screws feature an integrated washer (flange) that distributes clamping force without a separate part. The Torx T30 drive eliminates cam‑out, and the low‑profile flange head provides a wide bearing surface. Made from titanium alloy (Grade 10.9 equivalent), they offer exceptional strength, heat resistance, and complete immunity to rust. Available in lengths 15, 20, 25, and 30mm (under head). Fully threaded. Perfect for automotive, motorcycles, bicycles, marine, and any high‑performance application where weight and corrosion resistance matter.
✨ Key Features – M6 Titanium Flange Torx Screws
- ⚖️ Ultra‑light & ultra‑strong – Titanium is ~40% lighter than steel with 900‑1000 MPa tensile strength (Grade 10.9 equivalent).
- 🛡️ 100% corrosion‑proof – Immune to rust, saltwater, and most chemicals. No plating needed – ever.
- 🔘 Flange head (integrated washer) – Wide bearing surface prevents pull‑through, eliminates need for separate washer.
- ⭐ Torx T30 drive – Six‑lobe design eliminates cam‑out, allows high torque with power tools.
- 🌡️ High heat resistance – Maintains strength at elevated temperatures – ideal for engine‑adjacent use.
- 📏 M6 metric thread (6mm diameter) – Popular size for automotive, bicycle, and marine fastening.
- 📐 Lengths 15, 20, 25, 30mm (under head) – Fully threaded. Select exactly what you need.
- 🔧 Widely used – Automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, ships, furniture, gardening, and performance DIY.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions – M6 Titanium Flange Torx Screws
1. Are these screws strong enough for structural use on a motorcycle or bicycle?
Absolutely. Grade 10.9 equivalent titanium has a tensile strength of 900‑1000 MPa – stronger than typical 8.8 steel and much stronger than 304 stainless. They are perfect for caliper bolts, handlebar clamps, and frame components.
2. Will titanium screws gall or seize? Do I need anti‑seize?
Titanium can gall (cold weld) when threaded into titanium or aluminium without lubrication. We recommend a light application of anti‑seize paste (copper or nickel based) for steel or titanium nuts. Into standard steel nuts, it’s generally fine.
3. How do I measure the length of a flange screw?
For flange head screws, length is measured from the underside of the head (the flat bearing surface just below the flange) to the tip. The flange and head are NOT included. So an “M6 x 20mm” screw has a 20mm long threaded shaft under the head.
4. Can I use these screws in saltwater marine environments?
Yes – titanium is one of the few metals completely immune to saltwater corrosion. It’s the preferred choice for boat fittings, underwater hardware, and offshore equipment.
5. What Torx bit do I need? Is it really T30?
Yes – these screws use a standard T30 Torx (star) bit. Always use a quality bit that fits snugly to avoid stripping the recess.
6. Do you offer matching titanium nuts or washers?
We currently focus on screws, but we can source titanium nuts and washers on request. Contact us for custom orders.
