🧪 M6 Titanium Round Head Torx Screws – T30 Drive, Grade 10.9, Lightweight & Corrosion‑Proof (10–35mm Lengths)
You’re upgrading a racing bicycle, building a custom motorcycle part, or assembling marine hardware – and every gram matters, but so does strength. These M6 titanium round head screws are made from high‑grade Ti alloy (Grade 10.9 equivalent), offering exceptional strength, heat resistance, and complete immunity to rust. The Torx T30 drive eliminates cam‑out, and the round head sits low with a wide bearing surface – no countersinking needed. Available in lengths from 10mm to 35mm (under head). Fully threaded. Perfect for automotive, motorsports, bicycles, marine, and any high‑performance application where steel is too heavy or stainless just isn’t strong enough.
✨ Key Features – M6 Titanium Round Head Torx Screws
- ⚖️ Ultra‑light & ultra‑strong – Titanium is about 40% lighter than steel with comparable or higher strength. Grade 10.9 equivalent.
- 🛡️ 100% corrosion‑proof – Immune to rust, saltwater, and most chemicals. No plating needed – ever.
- ⭐ Torx T30 drive – Six‑lobe design eliminates cam‑out, allows high torque with power tools.
- 🔘 Round head (low profile) – Wide bearing surface, sits neatly on the surface. No countersinking needed.
- 🌡️ High heat resistance – Maintains strength at elevated temperatures. Ideal for exhaust or engine‑adjacent applications.
- 📏 M6 metric thread (6mm diameter) – Popular size for automotive, bicycle, and light machinery.
- 📐 Lengths 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35mm (under head) – Fully threaded. Select exactly what you need.
- 🔧 Widely used – Automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, ships, furniture, garden tools, and high‑performance DIY.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions – M6 Titanium Torx Screws
1. Are these screws strong enough for structural use on a motorcycle or bicycle?
Absolutely. Grade 10.9 equivalent titanium has a tensile strength of 900‑1000 MPa – stronger than typical 8.8 steel and much stronger than 304 stainless. They are perfect for caliper bolts, handlebar clamps, and engine mounts.
2. Will titanium screws gall or seize? Do I need anti‑seize?
Titanium can gall (cold weld) when threaded into titanium or aluminium without lubrication. We recommend a light application of anti‑seize paste (copper or nickel based) for steel or titanium nuts. Into standard steel nuts, it’s fine.
3. How do I measure the length of a round head screw?
For round head (pan) screws, length is measured from the underside of the head to the tip. The head itself is NOT included. So an “M6 x 20mm” screw has a 20mm long threaded shaft under the head.
4. Can I use these screws in saltwater marine environments?
Yes – titanium is one of the few metals completely immune to saltwater corrosion. It’s the preferred choice for boat fittings, diving equipment, and offshore hardware.
5. What Torx bit do I need? Is it really T30?
Yes – these screws use a standard T30 Torx (star) bit. Always use a quality bit that fits snugly to avoid stripping the recess.
6. Do you offer matching titanium nuts or washers?
We currently focus on screws, but we can source titanium nuts and washers on request. Contact us for custom orders.
