For 1-1/2 inch and 2 inch hoses, choose the larger model with the 48mm thread OD. If you are unsure, it is always best to measure the existing tank vent thread diameter first.

Is the top vent screen removable to be cleaned?

The top head is designed as a secure unit to prevent tampering, but the slotted gaps are wide enough to let air pass while catching major debris. For deep cleaning, you can easily unscrew the entire dome assembly to flush out any accumulated salt or dust, then screw it back on tightly.
