My order would not have qualified for free shipping, so I looked up the shipping cost on the website and found it to be reasonable at $6.99. Unfortunately, when I went to checkout shipping mysteriously went up to $9.99. You lost a sale with that little bait and switch.

The copper was clean and straight

The copper was clean and straight, but the brass wire was all kinky and not in a straight spiral definitely would’ve been nicer to Not have the Brass bent up

Wheelchair caster nut cap was missing

Hospice had given us a wheelchair that the caster nut cap was missing. So I replaced it with the 28mm tube cap. It was of good quality, sturdy and fit perfect. shipping was fast too.
