❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Does this listing include the pergola frame?
No. This is a replacement canopy cover only. The metal pergola frame is not included. This cover is designed to fit existing 12 x 9 ft curved pergola frames as a direct fabric replacement.
What frame size does this canopy fit?
This canopy cover is designed specifically for 12 x 9 ft curved pergola frames. It measures approximately 192.91 in (L) × 85.43 in (W). Confirm your frame dimensions before purchasing to ensure compatibility.
Is this canopy waterproof?
The polyester fabric features a water-repellent treatment that sheds light rain and moisture. It is not fully waterproof and is not designed to withstand heavy or prolonged rainfall. For heavy rain, we recommend retracting or covering the canopy.
Will the Grey color fade over time?
The fabric is fade-resistant and designed to maintain its Grey color through extended sun exposure. Some gradual color change may occur over multiple seasons of continuous outdoor use, which is normal for outdoor polyester fabrics.
How difficult is it to install this replacement canopy?
Installation is straightforward and designed for DIY completion. Instructions are included in the package. One person can typically complete the canopy swap without specialist tools.
Can this canopy be used on a flat-roof or hardtop pergola?
No. This cover is cut specifically for 12 x 9 ft curved pergola frames. It is not compatible with flat-roof, hardtop, or differently shaped pergola structures. Using it on an incompatible frame may result in poor fit and reduced performance.
Is there a slight color difference between the product and the photos?
Yes. Due to variations in monitor calibration and lighting conditions during photography, there may be a slight color difference between the product images and the actual canopy. If color accuracy is critical for your project, please contact us before purchasing.
