Yes, two of the four swivel casters have easy‑engage foot brakes. Once locked, the cart stays put even on slight inclines. The wheels are made of smooth‑rolling plastic and work well on concrete, epoxy, tile, and low‑pile carpet. For extremely rough or gravel surfaces, mobility may be limited.
