The chain is fine...but I ordered the wrong size. Nine links of the chain I ordered equals six of the size I wanted. My error...
How can I straighten out the springs? I can't use them coil uo as is.

Finding flat copper stock that's truly flat, burr-free, and dimensionally consistent is a constant frustration for jewellers, electricians, and workshop makers alike. These solid pure copper blank round discs are laser-cut from T2-grade copper sheet, delivering the clean edges and tight tolerances that hand-cut or sheared blanks simply can't match — whether you're stamping pendants, fabricating bus bars, or prototyping heat spreaders.
Each disc is cut from T2-grade (≥99.9% Cu) copper sheet, available in thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 4 mm (approximately 0.012 in to 0.157 in) and diameters from 10 mm to 300 mm (approximately 0.39 in to 11.81 in). The natural bright copper finish is uncoated and ready for soldering, plating, patination, or direct use.
Typical applications include copper jewellery blanks for hand-stamping and enamelling, electrical grounding pads and bus-bar blanks, DIY heat-spreader discs for electronics cooling, decorative inlays for woodworking and resin casting, and craft or educational metalworking projects requiring a pure copper round disc blank.

| Diameter Range | 10 mm – 300 mm (0.39 in – 11.81 in) |
| Shape | Round disc (blank, no holes) |
| Cutting Method | Laser cut |
| Tolerance (Diameter) | See variant options |
| Tolerance (Thickness) | See variant options |
| Pack Quantity | 1 pcs / 2 pcs / 4 pcs (see variant options) |
| Electrical Conductivity | ~58 MS/m (typical for T2 copper) |
| Thermal Conductivity | ~390 W/(m·K) (typical for T2 copper) |
| Hardness | Soft / annealed (typically 40–65 HV) |
For jewellery stamping and enamelling, 0.5 mm – 1 mm is the most popular range — thin enough to stamp cleanly but rigid enough to hold shape. For electrical grounding pads or bus-bar blanks, 1 mm – 3 mm provides the cross-section needed for current capacity. For decorative inlays or heat spreaders, 0.3 mm – 1 mm is typical. If you're unsure, select the Thickness option above and compare prices across sizes before adding to cart.
Measure the finished diameter you need and order that size — laser-cut discs are supplied at the stated diameter. If you plan to file or sand the edge, you may want to order 1–2 mm larger than your target. Diameters from 10 mm to 300 mm are available; select your size from the Diameters dropdown above.
T2 is the Chinese national standard designation for electrolytic tough-pitch (ETP) copper with ≥99.9% Cu purity, which is functionally equivalent to C11000 (ASTM) and CW004A (EN). It shares the same high conductivity and workability characteristics, making it suitable for electrical, thermal, and decorative applications.
Pure copper naturally oxidises over time, developing a darkened patina and eventually a green verdigris in humid or outdoor environments. This is a normal characteristic of copper. If you need a bright finish long-term, apply a clear lacquer or wax after cleaning. For intentional patination effects, the uncoated surface responds well to liver of sulphur, ammonia fuming, and other patination chemicals.
Yes. T2 copper solders and brazes readily with standard tin-lead, lead-free, or silver solder. Use a rosin or flux-core solder and apply flux to the joint area for best results. The high thermal conductivity means you may need a larger heat source (torch rather than iron) for thicker or larger-diameter discs to bring the joint area up to temperature.
Laser-cut edges are generally smooth and have minimal burr compared to stamped or sheared blanks. However, for jewellery or skin-contact applications, we recommend a light pass with fine-grit sandpaper (400–600 grit) or a deburring tool to ensure a fully smooth edge. Thicker discs (2 mm and above) may have a slightly more pronounced laser kerf edge.
Pack sizes of 1, 2, or 4 pieces are available depending on the thickness and diameter combination. Smaller diameters (10 mm – 30 mm) are typically available in 2- or 4-piece packs, while larger diameters (80 mm and above) are generally sold individually. Select your Thickness and Diameter first, then the Amount option will show the available pack quantities for that combination.
