How to Craft Your Quick-Dispensing Brush Bottle
Step 1: Glue the Toothbrush Head
Hot glue the back of an old toothbrush head directly onto the center of the plastic bottle cap. Press firmly until set.
Step 2: Fill the Bottle
Fill the plastic bottle with wood glue, primer, or liquid paint, then screw the cap with the toothbrush head tightly back on.
Step 3: Drill the Feed Hole
Drill a small hole right through the middle of the bristles into the bottle cap. This allows the liquid to flow straight into the brush.
Step 4: Squeeze and Brush
Gently squeeze the bottle to dispense liquid into the bristles, and glide it across your workpiece for a clean, uniform coat.
